Supplies Needed:

Paper Towels

Water Basin

White 10-well plastic bubble palette

1/4" Synthetic angular brush or 1/4" flat brush

If you have your own dotting tools marked in millimeters, bring those. 

If you don't have your own dotting tools, Cindy will have ones you can borrow with an option to purchase them.
